Each item is handmade to order therefore each piece is individual and you should anticipate some variation in design from the images on screen to the actual item made. Slight colour variations in the stone and glass will occur due to the natural materials and your internet browser setting. Similar beads to the ones shown in the image will be chosen if any particular bead is unavailable at any time.
Sizes stated on each product are approximate, including fasteners. Images are not real size.
Your chosen handcrafted item is made to order, therefore please allow 7 to 21 days for delivery. During peak periods if for any reason we cannot send your item within this time, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the expected delivery date.
This website utilises PayPal's Shopping Cart system which is integrated into the website. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase. Annabelle Bradley Handcrafted Jewellery does not see your card details at any time.
We do not pass on or sell your email address or any other information to any other party unless there is a legal obligation for us to do so. Your information will allow us to contact you with special offers, when the website is updated with new products and other business communication.
U.K. Orders with a value up to £40 are normally sent by Recorded Delivery. Orders with a value over £40 are normally sent by Special Delivery. Whichever carrier is used, a signature will be required on delivery. Overseas orders are charged extra postage. Please check the delivery for exact postage and packing charges.
Annabelle Bradley Handcrafted Jewellery cannot be held responsible for re-postage costs for items returned to us due to being not signed for or not collected from carriers premises within time period stated on the carriers non-delivery card.
Every care is taken in packaging your item of jewellery, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 7 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except bespoke items) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. Provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging, a refund will be made within 30 days. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refund will not be made on the postage costs charged to the customer at the point of sale, except in the case of faulty goods.
Due to hygiene regulations, we regret that earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
In the event of an item requiring to be returned, the customer must inform Annabelle Bradley Handcrafted Jewellery in advance by email. Cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer and items should be packaged in a way to ensure they are not damaged in transit. We recommend returns are made by recorded delivery and any loss or damage in transit are the responsibility of the customer.
Bespoke jewellery collections can only be returned if the item is faulty or damaged. The goods will be repaired or replaced and returned to yourself. The pictures on the website give a good representation of the items, but remember that markings of stone will vary slightly due to their being a natural substance.
Please note the handcrafted jewellery and gifts are not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts which may cause a choking hazard. Annabelle Bradley Handcrafted Jewellery cannot be responsible for silver and gold (whether sterling, 9ct or plated) tarnishing. Plated items may wear, exposing the base metal. Annabelle Bradley Handcrafted Jewellery can not be held responsible for any allergy, metal or otherwise, arising from wearing our products.
